Leila Farsiani

2024; Leila Farsiani is a terrific person and a capable entrepreneur. She has an undeniable passion for her business and always works to her clients interests. 

2023;  Leila Farsiani is a determined entrepreneur who has many talents. She has a burning desire to succeed and has an engaging personality.  I have enjoyed working with Leila and recommend her without exception.  

2022, I have known Leila Farsiani for over four years. Over this period, I have come to know her as a fearless entrepreneur who is relentlessly working for better. recently, she was hired to redesign a tired, older office building at the corner of The Plaza and Commonwealth Ave., Charlotte, NC. She did a fantastic job of turning an unnoticed old building into a dazzling conversation Grabbing, addition to the authentic Plaza Midwood neighborhood. leila's pursuit of the right combination of choices made this standout project.  

The characteristic I prize the most is Leila's determination to bring her full array of skills—design, architecture, color theory, and people management—to each project she undertakes.

I can unreservedly say whatever project Leila commits to she executes at the highest level. Her concepts are always cutting-edge with quality and a certain sophistication that is sometimes hard to find. She never settles for " almost good enough.". She is consistently iterating until she is happy with the final product.  

Simply, Leila is a unique individual who is worthy of consideration. I have enjoyed working with Leila, as she brings creativity to the solutions I seek.  I will continue to work with her because she never stops working to get it right. Her skill set is multifaceted, and her professional curiosity is unmatched.  

2024; We have contacted Leila Farsiani on several occasions. She has worked for us as an interior designer and site planner. When Dreamkey is considering purchasing or developing a new site, we contract with designers like Ms. Farsiani to create a plan consistent with our vision. I can attest that Ms. Farsiani is a hard-working and talented designer.

She listened closely to our visions  for each site and created a brilliant solution  for us to help make these developments a realty.  She helped us refine the plans until they perfectly reflected what we had in mind.  I highly recommend her work to any developer or property owner who is interested in the design services that she provide.  

2022;  Leila provides valuable and unique perspectives to her design work in ways that complement and bolster what may already be on the client's radar. She will create a great solution to any issues that arise and is a pleasure to work with! 

2021;  Leila has been an enthusiastic and dedicated citizen volunteer for CH-HLC, having served as both Commissioner as well as an active member of our Survey Committee. She has engaged in survey fieldwork for both districts as well as individual landmark candidates. 

I also know Leila to be a committed volunteer for other civic organizations during her time in our area and feel she would be a tremendous addition to any preservation organization. 

 2019; Ms. Farsiani is a wildly talented creative with both the technical skill and business acumen to undertake any project to a successful completion. She is extremely professional and diligent in her pursuit of perfection. Whether it's a "boutique" project like a restaurant, spa/salon, retail up-fit or something larger like a hotel, she garners complete confidence and trust from her client. We are definitely planning on working together on more projects in the future. 

2018; I have had the privilege of knowing Ms. Farsiani and working with her. Lela joined our architectural firm, Overcash Demmit Architects, as a designer.  She has exceeded our expectations in her design  ability and understanding of the design process implemented by architectural Firms.  

Ms. Farsiani has an engaging personality that all of her work peers and clients appreciate and find endearing. She has a fun personality and brings "life" to her work environment. 

Everyone enjoyed working with her and learning from her design  skills.  Leila has a growth mindset, always learning, exploring new opportunities, and implementing innovative ideas to make her design  more meaningful.
